SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.

Shipping Times
For most locations within Ontario, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days once shipped. Delivery times may vary based on the carrier and your exact location. Please note that shipping delays are outside of our control.

Local Pickup 
Local pickup in Barrie is available at checkout. You will receive a confirmation message when your order is ready for pickup.

Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to assist you.
