I’m Sophie, a 21-year-old baker and proud owner of Sweet & Sassie Bake Shop in Barrie, ON. Launched in July 2020 from my home, this business grew out of my love for baking and a desire to spread joy during challenging times. From cookies and bars to custom cakes and desserts, I’m passionate about creating homemade treats that bring smiles to any celebration. You can now find us inside Kennedy’s Lakeside Grocery at 90 Collier Street, offering sweet treats, smoothies, coffee, tea, and more.
